Dr Harshal Khade consults on video call by appointment, for families who cannot come to the clinic. Online consultation is provided as per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.

- Online consultation is not for emergencies. If a child is very unwell, go to the nearest hospital or call 108.
- For a child, a parent or guardian must be present on the call.
- If the doctor feels an examination is needed, you will be asked to come to the clinic.
- Some medicines cannot be prescribed without an in-person visit.

Vaccination
All vaccines in the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) schedule are given at the clinic. The chart below shows what is due at each age. If your child has missed a dose, bring the vaccination card and the doctor will plan the catch-up.

Based on the IAP ACVIP recommended immunization schedule, 2023. The doctor will confirm what is due for your child, as brands and dose numbers can differ.
Vaccines for adults
Vaccination does not stop after childhood. These vaccines are commonly recommended for adults in India. Which ones you need depends on your age, health and earlier vaccinations, so please ask the doctor.

| Influenza (flu) | Once every year. Especially for older adults, pregnant women, and people with diabetes, heart, lung or kidney disease. |
| Td or Tdap | A tetanus and diphtheria booster every 10 years. Tdap is advised in every pregnancy. |
| Pneumococcal | Older adults, and adults with diabetes or long-term heart, lung or kidney disease. |
| Hepatitis B | Adults who were not vaccinated earlier. Given as 3 doses. |
| HPV | Young women and men up to 26 years who did not receive it in their teens. |
| Shingles (zoster) | Adults aged 50 years and above. |
| Catch-up vaccines | Typhoid, Hepatitis A, MMR and chickenpox, for adults who missed them or are not immune. |
General guidance for public education, in line with adult immunization recommendations of the Association of Physicians of India. The doctor will advise what is suitable for you.
On vaccination day
- Bring the vaccination card or booklet.
- Tell the doctor about any fever, allergy or reaction after an earlier dose.
- Plan to wait at the clinic for a short while after the injection.
